The Fighter ...

Saw "The Fighter" last night.   It was good, but I wonder how well it is going to play in Peoria.    It seems to suffer from the same problem that "The Town" did of being "home town interesting".  

I agree that "The King's Speech" was better.  (So, the Oscars got it right IMHO.)   Also I have to say that I thought "Black Swan" was better (perhaps than both).    "Black Swan" actually kind of blew me away.   Maybe because I was wasn't expecting much.
